The Sri Sathya Sai International Organization (SSSIO) is a spiritual and humanitarian organization. With a presence across 110 countries today, the SSSIO has been active for over 50 years, carrying out its mission of enabling its members and any spiritual aspirant to realize the divine principle innate in every human being. This is achieved by fostering the spiritual practices of manifesting love in thought, word, and deed, engaging in selfless service, and achieving self-transformation by practicing the five universal human values: Truth, Right Conduct, Peace, Love, and Nonviolence.

Educare
A unique approach to education called educare, drawing out divine qualities of Truth, Right Action, Peace, Love and Nonviolence which are latent within the individual. Educare aligns the heart, head, and hands. True education must in Sai Baba’s words, “broaden the heart and expand one’s love.” True education is “that which fosters the sense of oneness, draws out one’s divine qualities and promotes the blossoming of human personality.”
Sociocare
Selfless service is the single, most effective universal tool for understanding, experiencing and expressing the principle of selfless love. Service is love in action. The service activities across the SSSIO include providing food, clothing, supplies, and daily provisions to the needy; building and repairing homes; visiting nursing homes, prisons, and hospitals; mentoring students; and providing humanitarian relief to the victims of natural disasters.
Healthcare
Sri Sathya Sai Ideal Healthcare provides state-of-the-art, comprehensive healthcare, with love and compassion, completely free of charge, the emphasis being on preventive healthcare. The SSSIO provides tertiary healthcare through medical clinics, camps and telemedicine, worldwide. Millions of patients have received free, loving medical services, including fibroid, neurological, and cardiac surgery, dental and vision care, among others.
Envirocare
The SSSIO has established an Environmental Sustainability (or Envirocare) Committee to promote solutions to our present-day environmental crisis, based on a spiritual foundation. The SSSIO implements a wide range of initiatives around the world to protect the planet, including education programs, tree planting, and dynamic go-green projects, among others. An important SSSIO initiative in this area is to plant millions of trees around the world.
